The Rosemont, W3

Completed in 2024, this stunning site was redeveloped by a leading developer into 7x apartments and 3x contemporary family houses. The interiors were designed by Ademchic and the being on a premium residential road, the site sold very well. Aston Rowe were instructed to handle the resales for the client and assisted in a successful exit.

Rosemont Road, W3

Completed in 2022, this property was sold to a local developer, whom has since obtained planning consent for 8x units including a basement and has re-developed the site for open market sale. All units will be finished to a high specification, and will have a contemporary design.



The Sidings, W3

Completed in 2023/24, this development of 24 units was build on a former railway sidings site next to Acton Central station, overlooking Acton Park. The development had many sustainability led designs that were a focus from the developer. Aston Rowe were instructed to sell the units, and the development was completed in 2024.

Market Place, W3

Completed in 2022, this development was developed by our long term client into 7x newly built apartments, and a ground floor commercial space. The building was finished to with a contemporary design, with leading interiors from Ademchic. Aston Rowe were instructed on the re-sales, and all of the flats were successfully sold for the client.

Namish House, W3

Completed in 2023, this development was initially sold by Aston Rowe to the developer as a detached house, that they successfully obtained planning consent for 9x units on the site. once developed, Aston Rowe were instructed to sell the units, which were successfully sold and completed by 2024

The Printworks, W4

Completed in 2023, this collection of five newly converted properties were built by our client, taking a former printing house dating back to the early 1900's, and creating modern homes . Aston Rowe were engaged with the client at pre construction phase to advise on the local market, likely prices and successfully sold all of the units, with 4 out of the 5 exchanged before the client had met practical completion of the site.

West Lodge Avenue, W3

Completed in 2020, this collection of 9 stylish new build properties were built by our client on an existing residential site in Ealing Common . Aston Rowe were engaged with the client at pre construction phase to advise on the local market, likely prices in a changing market and the level of finishes required to satisfy the target market, and successfully sold the units for the developer, with some excellent £ per foot results

Currently on the market for sale as of Summer 2019, this collection of 9 stylish new build properties were built by our client on a vacant parcel of land on Gunnersbury Lane in Acton. Aston Rowe were engaged with the client at pre construction phase to advise on the local market, likely prices in a changing market and the level of finishes required to satisfy the target market.

Currently on for sale as of Summer 2019, a collection of 9 exclusive properties developed by our clients to an exacting standard including a penthouse unit with its own lift access. Aston Rowe were involved at an early stage on the development to advise on strategy, and assist in the marketing brochures and general approach.

Due for Practical completion December 2019, this stunning collection of 7 residential units were launched off plan in Autumn 2019, with early sales already being agreed. Aston Rowe were appointed the sole agent for the development and have assisted in the strategy and marketing from an early stage.

A development of 24 units, completed construction in 2019, and now all sold as of Autumn 2019 for our clients. Aston Rowe were instructed as a secondary agent to drive sales and get the development sold and we sold an overriding number of the units left over other agents.

Our client had developed this period building into two contemporary apartments. After months on the market with various agents, we were instructed and managed to sell both units for impressive prices, much to an impressed clients delight.

After a period on the market with other agents, we were subsequently instructed on a number of the remaining units by the client, and we successfully sold a number of units within an impressive % of asking price to get the development sold and completed to allow the developer to move on to new projects.

Our clients, a local developer with several sites currently under development, acquired the property in early 2019 with a view of re-developing the site. Situated on a large plot, the property was un-modernised and required attention. Our client successfully had a consent granted for 9 new homes in May 2019.

After acquiring the site for the developer, we were instructed to sell 13 units on their behalf on a joint agency basis. After a period of marketing and phased launches, we successfully sold 90% of the units in the development for record cost per square foot prices for the area. Many of the flats were sold to individual investors, and we now let and manage many of the units in the building.

Our client, a large developer in the greater London area, instructed us to sell the houses, after an unsuccessful period with other agents. The client subsequently sold the entire site to one family investor in 2018.

A local architect working on behalf of their client approached us due to our profile in the area, to sell her clients site on an off-market basis. The site then had consent for construction of four new contemporary town houses. We successfully introduced a developer client after an extensive bidding period who then completed on the property. The client then subsequently obtained a new consent for construction to 10 apartments.

We had been advising our client over a period of 2 years prior to the launch of their development of derelict building into a commercial premise, five newly converted flats and two mews houses. We acted as the sole agent and successfully let all of the residential units on long term tenancies in the summer of 2018.

Acquired for clients in October 2015

We were approached by our long-standing clients to sell their office buildings in Warple Way, which they were debating whether to develop themselves as they had recently obtained consent for conversion to 6 units. We introduced a developer client on an off-market basis and successfully completed the sale within a short timeframe.

Our client approached us and several other agents to sell their newly built development of 8 flats next to a proposed Cross Rail station. We were selected on a joint agency basis, and successfully sold 75% of the units in the development and achieved an impressive price per square foot and % of asking price.

Our client had owned several adjoining buildings for many years as a portfolio investment. We were approached to sell the buildings either as an investment portfolio or a development project. Within a short period, we successfully completed the large development client whom developed the buildings into 12 luxury apartments and a freehold house.
