You’ll have a regular point of contact to speak to, but our state-of-the-art computer system means that speaking to anyone at the office should give you the answers you need.

What’s more, we do our best to make sure that everyone visits your property before marketing begins, so they can talk knowledgeably about it to potential buyers. Incredibly, not many agents do this!

We’ll return your calls promptly

If you do have to leave a message with us, we’ll make sure to call you back as quickly as we can.

We stay open longer

We stay open till 8pm EVERY weekday to accommodate the schedules of busy buyers. We’re also open till 5pm on Saturdays and can do viewings by arrangement on Sunday for people on a weekend property-hunting trip.

We'll never hire part-timers

Some agents hire part-timers to conduct viewings on weekends, most of whom know little about the property they’re showing. Not at Aston Rowe – potential buyers only ever get the attention of our fulltime negotiators.

We’ll provide timely viewer feedback

We’ll make sure we pass on any feedback from viewings to you as quickly as we can. You can even log-in to your own ‘vendor area’ on our website to see the feedback for yourself.

We’ll be in regular contact

We’ll aim to call you once a week to update you on progress. And should your property be without an offer in four weeks, we’ll be pleased to meet again to discuss how best to proceed.
