Billy Rowe
Director

I was born in West London and have been an estate agent all my working life. Where I worked before, I saw so many unsatisfied vendors and landlords all suffering from the dwindling reputation of most of the other agents in the area that I wanted to do something positive, so Luke and I started our own agency. We have a cracking team here and we constantly strive to be the most ambitious, the most professional and always the best. I love West London and would be pushed to choose a favourite spotÖbut I do particularly like St Peterís Square in Hammersmith Ė would love to sell those amazing properties!

Director

I immigrated to the UK from New Zealand 10 years ago looking for an adventure and Iím still on that adventure today. I'm responsible for the smooth running of the lettings, marketing and HR departments. We have expanded quickly with the right ingredients, a strong local presence and some fantastic long standing staff. My favourite place in West London would have to be Chiswick which also happens to be home. A passionate rugby fan providing the All Blacks are winning.

I started my estate agency career at Aston Rowe. I love the energy and ambition here, and enjoy providing clients with a high quality of service. Iíve also grown fond of the emerging coffee places on Churchfield road which keep me going during the long days in the lettings business! When not in the office I'll be found at the ground of London New Zealand rugby club in Twyford Avenue.

On the weekends youíll find me knocking a squash ball around with clients or cheering for West Londonís finestÖQ.P.R.

Originally from Cheshire, I came to London to experience the pace of the big city with its diverse property market. I've worked in the industry for 6 years, before Aston Rowe I was the Sales Manager for a chain of independent estate agents which has helped me understand every facet of the business. I live in Shepherds Bush which gives me the opportunity of getting involved with local Schools and Charities. When I'm not in the office you'll find me in a cafť (or bar) in Brook Green.

I grew up in the historic town of Colchester in Essex.  After graduating from university with a bachelorís degree in Architecture, I started my career with one of the largest property agents in the UK.  Above all else I value strong communication and efficient organisation - these are central to my performance today.  I joined Aston Rowe because they have a real vision for the future of property care.  I have also spent time working as an English teacher in Latin America, but thatís another story for another time!

Iíve lived in South West London all my life therefore know it incredibly well, which is an important ingredient of the job. My favourite part is Holland Park Avenue as it has fantastic houses and wonderful bistros and cafes lining the streets Ė feels quite European in places. The best thing about this job is meeting interesting, new people every day, all with very different personalities.

I now live in Ealing and have made West London my home as I spend my weekends on Chiswick High Road at the lovely independent shops and running along the river. Iíd been in property for a number of years before my travels and now base myself in our Acton branch when Iím not driving the golf ball around my local course. Ask me about my bungee jump.

I grew up in Reading and have been working in sales related roles much of my working life before embarking on a career in estate agency. Iíve spent the last 4 years working in Buckinghamshire before moving to London. I enjoy the daily interaction and customer service element helping people move and find their dream home. With a background in customer service and sales it felt like natural progression as I entered the estate agency arena. With the ever changing landscape itís an exciting sector to be part of and certainly keeps me on my toes. Understanding the local market is an important aspect of the role so in my spare time youíll find me socialising with family and friends in some of West Londonís finest restaurants, or simply grabbing a coffee on Churchfield Road.

Well travelled, but I've made London my home. I'm an accomplished photographer lucky enough to have won a number of international awards with a creative flare expressed through my lens. I've got a particular interest in interior design and I'm always excited to find what lurks behind those London doors. I love salsa dancing and snowboarding which make for a fun weekend away. I've recently volunteered in a number of international aid projects.

Lettings | Property Accounts

After graduating with degrees in mathematics and financial accountancy and a Masters in business management, I suppose it was a natural step to take a role working with figures, and with such a busy office here, having a good grasp of the numbers is helpful to say the least! But I also really enjoy working with the team here, who also keep me on my toes.

Shenika King
Lettings | Junior Property Manager

I began my property career in a receptionist/ admin role and instantly fell in love with the industry. Having always worked in customer orientated roles I was very comfortable but found myself wanting a new challenge and to become more involved in the managerial aspects of the business; putting my problem solving and organisational skills to good use. I sort to become part of a team whoís values were based around building trusting relationships and who valued landlords and tenants alike

After graduating from University in my native Romania, with a Degree in International Communication, and after gaining some useful customer service experience there, I came to London and began working as an Office Coordinator. This was before Aston Rowe offered me the opportunity to use my skills and experience to thrive in the exciting world of Property. My colleagues know me to be friendly and professional.  Above all else, I enjoy helping people.  Other than that, I love music and dancing, walks out in nature and I am definitely a foody!

Originally from Essex, I moved to London at tender age of 8 weeks ready to take on the West London property market. Iíd like to think I was first to the phone, but the truth is I prefer to sleep all day and all that ringing is quite annoying. I enjoy long walks along the river and rolling around in the grass on Brook Green, providing Iíve been fed 4 times a day.
