Meet the Team
I was born in West London and have been an estate agent all my working life. Where I worked before, I saw so many unsatisfied vendors and landlords all suffering from the dwindling reputation of most of the other agents in the area that I wanted to do something positive, so Luke and I started our own agency. We have a cracking team here and we constantly strive to be the most ambitious, the most professional and always the best. I love West London and would be pushed to choose a favourite spot…but I do particularly like St Peter’s Square in Hammersmith – would love to sell those amazing properties!
I immigrated to the UK from New Zealand 10 years ago looking for an adventure and I’m still on that adventure today. I'm responsible for the smooth running of the lettings, marketing and HR departments. We have expanded quickly with the right ingredients, a strong local presence and some fantastic long standing staff. My favourite place in West London would have to be Chiswick which also happens to be home. A passionate rugby fan providing the All Blacks are winning.
Sales | Senior Manager
I’ve been in agency for the past 7 years, I’ve always taken pride in the service I offer and have won the ‘Best customer experience’ award for the last two years. Having played in instrumental role in starting Aston Rowe’s sales department many years ago, it’s rewarding to see the number of clients that continue to use our services. On the weekends you’ll find me knocking a squash ball around with clients or cheering for West London’s finest…Q.P.R.

I started my career in Estate Agency over 10 years ago and have seen many changes to both the market and industry in this time. It really does keep you on your toes. Being a proactive person myself and returning to work in London I wanted to find a company that shares my values and came across the perfect match with Aston Rowe. I have recently found a love for Gin and outside of working hours, of course, you may find me in a local bar or distillery.

I started my career within the property industry over six years ago, since then I have had the pleasure of working in some of London’s most prestigious postcodes, dealing with clients from all walks of life. The thing I love most about Aston Rowe is our client care, we are focused on developing long term relationships with all our clients. I am also a trained baritone, regularly singing at venues around the UK including the Royal Opera House and If I’m not in the office the chances are I am rehearsing for a play at the Questors Theatre in Ealing.

Originally from Cheshire, I came to London to experience the pace of the big city with its diverse property market. I've worked in the industry for 9 years, before Aston Rowe I was the Sales Manager for a chain of independent estate agents which has helped me understand every facet of the business. I live in Shepherds Bush which gives me the opportunity of getting involved with local Schools and Charities. When I'm not in the office you'll find me in a café (or bar) in Brook Green.
Head of Department | Senior Property Manager
I grew up in the historic town of Colchester in Essex. After graduating from university with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, I started my career with one of the largest property agents in the UK. Above all else I value strong communication and efficient organisation - these are central to my performance today. I joined Aston Rowe because they have a real vision for the future of property care. I have also spent time working as an English teacher in Latin America, but that’s another story for another time!

Well travelled, but I've made London my home. I'm an accomplished photographer lucky enough to have won a number of international awards with a creative flare expressed through my lens. I've got a particular interest in interior design and I'm always excited to find what lurks behind those London doors. I love salsa dancing and snowboarding which make for a fun weekend away. I've have been volunteering in various international projects since I was 15.
Sales | Assistant Manager
I grew up in Reading and have been working in sales related roles much of my working life before embarking on a career in estate agency. I’ve spent the last 4 years working in Buckinghamshire before moving to London. I enjoy the daily interaction and customer service element helping people move and find their dream home. Competitive by nature, I played semi pro football for Reading before hanging up the boots.
Lettings | Assistant Manager
I’ve lived in South West London all my life therefore know it incredibly well, which is an important ingredient of the job. My favourite part is Holland Park Avenue as it has fantastic houses and wonderful bistros and cafes lining the streets – feels quite European in places. The best thing about this job is meeting interesting, new people every day, all with very different personalities.
Sales | Consultant
With a background in customer service and sales it felt like natural progression as I entered the estate agency arena. With the ever changing landscape it’s an exciting sector to be part of and certainly keeps me on my toes. Understanding the local market is an important aspect of the role so in my spare time you’ll find me socialising with family and friends in some of West London’s finest restaurants, or simply grabbing a coffee on Churchfield Road.
Senior Sales | Consultant
Growing up in the South Coast of England, I came to London to experience the fast paced environment and learn about the forever changing property market, which is like no other. I started my lettings career in an independent agent in Hastings, property is my passion and I was excited to start my journey with Aston Rowe whose values fall in line with mine. I am a self-confessed foodie, you will find me trying out the different cuisines all over London.

Relocating from Oxford, I made the move to London to immerse myself in property as I continued my journey in estate agency. Aston Rowe keeps me on my toes, extremely busy throughout the day, and into the late evening sometimes. I have been working in estate agency for over 3 years. When I'm not at work, I enjoy going to the gym and socialising with friends and family plus doing a little bit of boxing to keep up the adrenaline.

After travelling to the other side of the world and a few places in between I decided to move away from the calmness of the countryside, and out of my parents’ house. I came looking for the fast paced London lifestyle and definitely found that as I immersed myself in the lettings market. Excited to progress and lose the Trainee title while I make London home.
Lettings | Consultant
I absolutely love my job, cheesy but true. Taking people to view properties, getting an understanding of their wants and needs and being able to be a part of finding their next home is so rewarding. If I’m not out on viewings and helping people begin their next journey, I’m out having my own adventure trying to walk 9 dogs! Yes..I did say 9 dogs, I’m sure you’ve heard of a crazy cat lady, now you can say you’ve met a crazy dog lady!
Lettings | Consultant
Having had an interest in the property market for quite some time, I finally decided to make the move into the industry after spending 5 years honing my sales and customer service skills. I enjoy the challenge the lettings market provides - particularly in West London – and like being able to find people their ideal home. When I’m not touring houses, you’ll find me playing golf and enjoying a beer or two.
Lettings | Consultant
Coming from a sales background that involved heavy machinery I moved to the UK and entered the world of high end fashion. The daily interaction and customer service in the role of lettings is what I thrive on. Property was the next step for my development and growth and being part of the Aston Rowe team gives me this and more. Quite diverse in my tastes I enjoy jazz music while cooking up tanilising treats in the kitchen and always looking forward to that whiskey break.

Previously working in customer service and credit control in the Caribbean for eight years. I opted to trade my life in the sunshine for a career in the military which lasted seven years, a very long way from home and totally out of my comfort zone. I have always had a keen interest in the property sector, and it felt like a natural progression as I was transitioning out of the armed forces. I Previously worked in central London with an online estate agency as a property consultant and in East London and Kingston respectively as a Property Manager for three years. West London has been home for the last few years, and I'm delighted to be part Aston Rowe, west London's fastest growing estate agency a company heading in the direction I want my career to go. Outside of work, you will probably find me at the Linford Christie athletics stadium running on the track or at one of the local gym working up a sweat.
Lettings | Senior Co-ordinator
After graduating from University in my native Romania, with a Degree in International Communication, and after gaining some useful customer service experience there, I came to London and began working as an Office Coordinator. This was before Aston Rowe offered me the opportunity to use my skills and experience to thrive in the exciting world of Property. My colleagues know me to be friendly and professional. Above all else, I enjoy helping people. Other than that, I love music and dancing, walks out in nature and I am definitely a foody!
Growing up in a small, quiet countryside in Bulgaria it was definitely a great transition, and an even greater challenge when arriving in this big city. With 3 years of experience in Customer Service I have accumulated a wide range of skills which I am glad Aston Rowe allow me to utilise. I look forward to expanding my knowledge and skills even further still. On the weekend, you will find me at the gym training for my upcoming Bodybuilding shows.
West London has been home ever since I arrived to the UK over 20 years ago. I started my career in Latin America as a trained accountant and a bank auditor, and have since worked in other accounting roles, including in the property sector for 7 years. I am delighted to join the Aston Rowe team with its great values that inspire me to provide the best customer care in the industry. Work aside, I like to support international and local aid projects and attend gym sessions but it’s all about relaxation and Pip my cat has a thing or two to teach me about that.
Originally from Essex, I moved to London at tender age of 8 weeks ready to take on the West London property market. I’d like to think I was first to the phone, but the truth is I prefer to sleep all day and all that ringing is quite annoying. I enjoy long walks along the river and rolling around in the grass on Brook Green, providing I’ve been fed 4 times a day.
